  1. I'm seeing more often Twits like "I have been hired at {company}, best day ever". For sure it has to be awesome to be hired by a company that you like/admire, but I feel disconnected to have that intense emotion for a "legal contract with an entity".

      Feeling that we miss the real connection between people there. When I join a new company, I see three things: 1. You break a relationship dynamics with the teammates from the previous company. Heart breaking

          Create again a zone where you can be your true self takes time and energy. You can feel excited about starting in a new job, but it comes with a relationship price.
