No bad feeling to take sometime for yourself when some work is still "pending". As a team, we reduced the Work In Progress Limit. Stuff still goes smooth as always, and you feel less pressure to deliver as expectations on outcomes are the same, we just "got slower" in output.Permalink On twitter.com
