Some years ago I thought that some company roles should be grown inside the company, like Tech Leads, Product Owners, ... Then I realized companies hire CEOs. So, it means that any position can be hired, right?On twitter.com

So... why was I putting that much pressure on those roles? I was focusing too much on my own expectations and believes about the roles. I was heavy biased. So, to the question of should we hire X, like Tech Lead, or grow a person inside the team? my answer is it depends. 😄Permalink On twitter.com
