        1. Understanding the problem and if it's inside my responsibility limits. That's the best case scenario, I have the responsibility and the tools to make something happen. 2. When it's outside your responsibility area. You can either own it or make someone accountable

      I tend to take ownership of the problems by informing the people who are accountable of the problem my giving them visibility of what's going on. I stop there. Otherwise, I'm doing something terrible as underapprecing people's capabilities to solve the issues by themselves

    IMHO, finding an issue of a maybe outside your responsibility area might get you into a native thinking of that's easy to solve, I will do it myself causing more harm than good.

      It's more productive to inform people with your findings than solving it yourself. That works most of the cases. Let's trust on your peers 😄
