@TammyBjelland I would say yes, it's still harder than creating. The reason... I feel, without any insight than trusting my gut, it's because of how we are used to take decisions.

@TammyBjelland We have the social convention that decisions happen in sync open forums, usually meetings. And there's an statement that we all commit by the end of the meeting. In async format, that's blurry. Looks like we might not given the space for people to share their opinions about it

@TammyBjelland I might say that written arguments are harder to communicate effectively. Meanwhile brainstorming looks easier as it's less "formal"
