        1. When defining user stories, start by the end. "And then I accomplished that". And from the outcome, you go backward. You will find yourself simplifying the solution you will only do the necessary step to accomplish that. Example "... so that I eat french fries 🍟"

      If you start by the beginning, you might start with solution 3. The longest one. Maybe that solution contains more quality than the others. But, is the quality required? We might be assuming it.

    Focusing on the outcome and going backwards helped us identify more solutions, and then we need to find the one that aligns with our needs asking ourselves: - Does it deliver customer value? - Is it technically feacable? - Does it deliver business value?
