@tom_d_kerwin I totally agree 💯 I say to the team, "we need to learn meanwhile we are delivering" to put learning first. By reversing the priorities, we can ask things like, what we want to learn? how can we do that meanwhile shipping? And, as a manager, I need to be sure ppl are learning!On twitter.com

@tom_d_kerwin Plus learning is a good variety, it can be about business, a new programming language, a new framework, a new tool, perform A/B testing, ... I consider the best learnings to be in production, but we need to learn in a healthy way and not rush nor assume people will figure it outPermalink On twitter.com
