    What I found is that: - Innovators are those that bring the topic to the table - Early adopters are the ones that join, in this case, TDD But to move from early adopters to pragmatists we need to cross the charm. And it requires multiple actors 4/n

        If management isn't buying the new idea or methodology, it will be hard for you cross the charm since there's a resistance We can talk for ages about influence here TLDR; create a good trust relationship with key people to make the changes smoother 6/

          In case of management buys or it's already aligned with you, that will be the push you need to cross the charm In this scenario, you already found key people in the teams to spread the knowledge and management can push the idea down to more teams. Commit as organization
