    @gauchocardoso I agree, those being treated separately can open more adaptative solutions For example, for knowledge management, I think we can work on moving the knowledge into Software Systems instead of relying on people It has a lot of benefits, also tradeoffs

      @gauchocardoso This way, critical business processes are an easy repetitive task instead of relying on humans with a lot of conditionals that need to be known up-front before actually being able to be autonomous.

        @gauchocardoso In case the person with the most knowledge leaves the company, it doesn't impact business continuity and it doesn't force people to re-learn everything from scrath.
