        @stanete Yet, I failed unnumbered times on having "good documentation". Instead, I found that: - Architectural Decisions Records. Work well for documenting tech stuff - A shared Model in Miro works well to document our product and to support meaningful product conversations

      @stanete - Using Confluence for documentation? ❌ People not using it, but when they do, they include a G. Drive file which confluence is unable to index the content, which makes the Search useless - Using Google Drive ❌ Which those files are in private folders, making it hard to access

    @stanete The Search engine on a Paid Slack Plan is even better to find "useful" documentation about why stuff happened. Long Story Short. We document based on Slack conversations 🤣
