      @felix19350 Today, I feel that most tools either penalize the low performance either by the tool price or by the way it measures that help the high performance.

    @felix19350 I experienced that each stage requires "different ways to measure" each metric. Probably a low performance might not be doing CI/CD and managing change via GitFlow. This situation measures Lead Time in one approach than a team doing Trunk-Based Development with C. Deployment

      @felix19350 I'm envisioning a tool that supports several ways to measure the 4 Key Metrics and helping the teams to move into their next stage. Like, you're in this stage in Lead Time, what about adopting these capabilities to move into the next stage?
