      @allenholub Have been thinking for a while about the 4KM and that they drive software excellence but they don't necessarily mean that you're delivery a better product. You might ship software faster in a more reliable/stable way, but still shipping the wrong thing

    @allenholub I thought a similar thing as you of adapting the 4KM to ship things that matter, but I wonder if there are better metrics to represent product impact rather than adapting 4KM to product
