    @hsdmiranda No, I think the Elastic Leadership model is more realistic. Where you move between modes which only one limitation, you cannot move from Survival Mode to Self-Organizing Mode without passing by Learning Mode

      @hsdmiranda What it says is that an event like a team member leaving can move you from well established Self-Organizing Mode back to Survival Mode within Hours.
