@edisonmatoso To be completely honest, I don't know a way to share the basics of all of them in a meaningful way that you can start experimenting with those concepts in the day-to-day.

@edisonmatoso I would suggest you start with TeamTopologies, either by the book or the Academy Courses. Right now, having this mindset and applying you will start to have some organization sensing about what works and what doesn't. academy.teamtopologies.com/

@edisonmatoso The learning curve for TT is reasonable and you can feel the impact on the short-mid term. During that process, you can start introducing some concepts about DDD. Here Distilled can really help you. But you won't be able to have a real impact yet. goodreads.com/book/show/28602719-domain-driven-design-distilled

@edisonmatoso Continue with Strategic Monolith and Microservices, they cover some of the DDD key concepts but go beyond that. Which covers relevant aspects of today's challenges. Definitely, you will have a good impact combining this Book with TT concepts goodreads.com/book/show/55782292-strategic-microservices-and-monoliths

@edisonmatoso In case you're in a leadership position in charge of people, #DynamicReteaming can really help you understand how Reteaming happens and be meaningful about the implications. TT + DR partners well, but they need to follow the DDD doctrine to unveil the full potential

@edisonmatoso Here you can start learning about DDD, either by the blue book or red book. It took me years to understand DDD, you have to read those books multiple times and they aren't easy. Be patient. It takes a lot of trial and error to grasp the DDD surface. goodreads.com/book/show/15756865-implementing-domain-driven-design

@edisonmatoso The real technique that can help you on accelerating the understanding of DDD is EventStorming. This technique can accelerate your learning path yet it also takes a lot of practice to really master it. You also needs to be patient and practice A LOT leanpub.com/introducing_eventstorming

@edisonmatoso I accelerated my understanding of those matters through the courses of @TeamTopologies and workshops of @kalele_io. Reading is great, but a video course by the authors and being able to ask questions is really what helped me to reduce the learning time from decades to years.
