          @ctford @kaeff Loved the article and the talk! Really shows organizational maturity. Love this mindset from ThoughtWorks of people rotation often, even internationally. There are several advantages to doing so. Which are the main barriers you found when implementing it?

        @ctford @kaeff The main barriers I'm experimenting with are Leadership since this approach demands more maturity and flexibility. - You need to really know your mission and vision - You need to be OK with high team "rotation" - Not having smooth on-boardings and standardization "slows down"

      @ctford @kaeff This approach requires explicit and accessible knowledge, it implies you need to have sensible and crucial conversations instead of implicit decisions With a higher rotation, you feel continuously questioned about the decisions. Those bring higher maturity, yet can be exhausting

    @ctford @kaeff Also, it "forces" a generalist culture instead of a specialist. Some people might not like the former. Yet, I find it more productive since you focus on the mission instead of the technical depth, even though it requires more engineering maturity to be adaptable to several techs
