    3/ I'm #WardleyMapping the value chain to understand where a business can have more employer differentiation due to the lack of products in that area plus identified areas that are already industrialized as Insurance or Restaurant Tickets. Doing it mainly for Spain Market.

      I would replace retain by attracting here. My line of thought started on retention of talent to attracting talent. I would say that benefits can play a role in attracting talent but not much in retaining talent.
