One thing I started doing today is to take 1h 30min break in lunch time. 1. Do a healthier food 2. Eat slower 3. Play, rest or read 1h break is no longer enough to me, I tend to do a little more and it's being hard to do the 1h break properly. What do you to rest? #RemoteWork

Today I played Mario Origami to disconnect from all the madness that's happening in the world Feeling powerless on this bad times. The best I can do today is to practice gratitude for being me and my family safe plus work on making the work environment good enough for all of us.
