        @D32_bobjob Parallelization is the approach in which you gain less friction with management. - OK, you're doing everything that I need vs - Why prioritize this over that? The first approach causes less unpleasant conversations at planning time. The second requires harder conversations.

      @D32_bobjob Yet, you're only delaying the hard conversations. They will take place regardless if we like it or not. We are more used to cutting scope at the end of the cycle than at the beginning.
