    3/5 - Having a role model to learn from and understand the impact of leadership helps you value more the job and impact of a leader. - Knowing that you can learn to be a leader removes the mental barrier of "I don't know how to lead"

      4/5 - Understanding practices and methods that lead to better results motivates you to be in the right role and place -- It's not the same doing a Story with high quality that has no impact than doing a Story with decent quality that matters. The perception is quite different
