@DLion92 Hiring is hard, and there's the pressure to hire seniors. If you have an incentive system that says: You need to hire 5 seniors per month. People/HR Department will find a way to find 5 seniors per month. And it might include hiring a 2 experienced developer as a senior

@DLion92 I'm not saying that person isn't! I'm saying that exists the possibility that the number of people that don't have the necessary experience to be a senior in 2 years might be higher than a 5 experience. In terms of a probability distribution.
