    @ctford I have the feeling that's more related to our fear to look incompetent or not cool enough. Most strategies, the good ones at least, tend to be obvious and boring. Too much hype on strategy and then we do as the rest are doing in the best case scenario 🤣

      @ctford I saw more strategies be: We do (Blockchain, IA, Serverless, K8S, <insert hype here>) because everyone else is doing it
