      1. Shift Left Expectation Alignment should be a thing! Instead of waiting for people to finish the job so you can sort out your expectations. Work on sorting them out at the beginning of the process as much as possible. Otherwise, it lets to frustration and reworks 😞

      Don't get me wrong. Reworks and realignments are inevitable, but we want to minimize the expectation/reality as much as possible

    If you're expecting a Slides document with X points. Make that clear from the beginning. If your leader isn't clear about their expectations about a deliverable, ask for those clarifications
