@borovikov_en I don't know your context, but I will aim to explain what I meant by PMF. PMF isn't about having "a good product" but about knowing that you have a market that wants to pay for it. The good thing is that you can have a 💩 but if it has PMT, you can build a business on top of it

@borovikov_en Those 4 stages can be seen as well as "business stages". 👉 Initial Idea: You build an MVP to validate the business hypothesis 👉 Product-Market Fit: You proved the business hypothesis 👉 Preparing to Scale: Fixing the MVP 👉 Scaling: Invest in capturing more users for example

@borovikov_en I can understand where your reasoning can come from, those terms are being vaguely used 😅 I might be using it for the wrong meaning too! Still learning about all this business language 😌
