          1. "Do product" stuff is something that I still don't deeply understand. I can tell when people have a more mature product mindset than others. But what makes them achieve that maturity is still unknown to me. What do we do to improve our product mindset maturity overtime?

What I did to improve my product skills overtime: 👉 Be surrounded by people that knows about it and ask them a lot. 👉 See what they focus on and which conversations do they have. 👉 _Their questions_ I understood that having a product mindset is much related to the habits

Still, I found myself blocked so soon without the proper methodology and frameworks to drive product thinking. OK, you might start having the right product behavior but how do you help others around you to behave in a product driven way?

Lean Inception from @paulocaroli has been a huge source of inspiration and learning I think this methodology helped me do the "click" on product thinking I find it practical at the same time that helps you understand the foundations of product thinking amzn.to/3AmZNjo

Lean Inception does very specific questions towards the business and the product. But also provides the activities to answer the questions with the right product focus. The more inceptions I facilitate, I can feel how my product thinking is maturing.

Another tool I use that helps me drive all that product/business thinking is _Event Storming_. ES really helped me to not only understand the business better but improve my #DDD skills. I can see how facilitating ES sessions drove me to deeper product thinking.

Both methodologies help you to put the focus on the User and the Business. Providing the right questions that puts your brain 🧠 in the right mode. The rest is practice and experience 💪 Yet, people come to this mindset from very different paths. Which is yours? 😊
