      @LeXavTwit Well, there are different things that help. Definitely we are still learning how to create an environment that boosts trust and collaboration. I'm an advocate for off-sites to create that last mile that help us all to connect to a deeper level when being remote.

    @LeXavTwit IMHO, we are not, and I doubt we can do it with the current technology, connect to a deeper level remotely compared to in person. It's just how we evolved as humans and society, that's our constraint that we cannot overcome.
