    @kaeff Echo chamber maybe? Product metrics tend to influence this, like we want more retention and then you design a software that incentives miss behavior. Way easier to measure engagement vs people impact and hate speech.

      @kaeff I think we need to evolve our analytics capabilities to measure things outside AARRR metrics for example.
