  1. When the company grows, you need to split teams. At the office, that's understood by the physical space. "Before we had one table with all the team. Now we have 2 tables that represent two teams." In the #remote world, that's not obvious. 1/2

      A good analogy would be to create two new slack channels and achieve the initial team channel. Which remote techniques do you use to make team splits and boundaries explicit? 2/2
