    @Kiview Moving from commodities to custom builds is very rare due to supply-demand competition. I cannot come with any example of a commodity going to custom-build, most likely scenario is going to the product evolution stage.

      @Kiview Indeed, it might suggest you found a new uncovered user need, which it means custom-build. Therefore, applying agile here is what makes more sense. I think we are saying the same.
