        @maxandersen I think that remote brought something that the office couldn't provide. Communicating to any person has the same cost. Before, communication was constrained by space. With remote, that no longer applies, you can talk to anyone.

      @maxandersen I believe that organizational communication evolved in a new approach and it will have some consequences on Conway's Law

    @maxandersen Maybe organizations that existed in office that become remote will tend to keep the old structure of communication. I don't know if that will be the case with new organizations that start remote.
