    1. Yesterday we paired and we started with the frontend. We aligned all the expectations in 20min about the user behavior. I think of this as outside-in TDD that starts with asserting the outcome perceived by the customer Now, we know the minimum we need to do to pass the test 😄

    This also helped people that weren't in the pairing session to assess their expectations as well. Fast feedback folks! Start by what's more near to the customer! The real alignment happens there
